At Accredited Investors, we believe that affordable housing should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their income, credit score, or other challenges they may face. We understand how difficult it can be for hardworking individuals with blue-collar jobs, poor credit, or other obstacles to purchase a home, even though they represent the backbone of our economy.

 

That's why we're proud to offer our Affordable Housing Program, which aims to make homeownership a reality for those who may never have thought it was possible. Through this program, we identify certain homes in select markets where we can make owning a home affordable for those who might otherwise be unable to purchase one.

 

Our goal is to make home payments less than current market rent payments, and allow people to use their skills, connections, and sweat equity to buy a home below retail value and have an affordable monthly payment, regardless of their credit score.
